This class is for all levels and for those seeking practice focusing on stretching, relaxation and calming of the mind. The class incorporates simple movements and breath awareness to help bring the body into alignment by easing discomfort and tightness in shoulders, hamstrings and the low back. The class moves at a slow pace and instruction is clear and easy to follow. Meditation techniques introduced. Props are generously offered. (Level 1, S, P)
