We spent three days learning about the recent advances in human milk research, how human milk helps the most fragile babies, and how we can make a difference in our community!

So much of what you do as a new parent revolves around feeding your baby…every 2-3 hours or more.

Many people think they don’t need a class… because breastfeeding is “natural”. But natural doesn’t equal easy and there are lot of common challenges that arise that can wreck your goals.

We have prenatal classes and one on one appointments to help you establish goals and a plan to make sure you are ready to feed your tiny newborn.

Pregnancy can come with challenges, both mentally and emotionally. Hormonal changes, stress about the future, body image concerns, or even past trauma can affect your mental health. It’s crucial to acknowledge those feelings and seek support when needed. 🧠💬
Here are a few reasons why mental health matters during pregnancy:
