Finally a way for you to learn more about why your pelvic floor needs a little TLC.
Join us for a little gentle movement and strengthening surrounding your core muscles and your pelvic floor.
If you have concerns about….
- urinary leakage when you sneeze or cough
- vaginal or pelvic pain or pressure
- discomfort during intercourse
then come join us to get a little movement and education.
Are you pregnant or ever been pregnant? Doesn’t matter how you delivered. Carrying that precious bun in your oven put pressure on your pelvic floor during pregnancy and you’ll want to actively recover that part of your body.
Don’t just wait for it to heal and hope for the best. We can tell you…it doesn’t turn out well for most of us.
