Jennifer Mendoza Therapy

Are you experiencing stress and disconnect on your journey in motherhood? Are you longing to feel more connected, more present and more like yourself? You have been feeling overwhelmed and isolated, but you are wanting to work through these feelings to bring peace and healing to your life. You are in the right place.

You are so brave for taking this first step in asking for help!

I help women who have experienced a range of traumatic experiences (abuse, birth trauma, infertility, pregnancy loss, NICU, unexpected medical issues, etc.) find relief from anxiety and depression. I empower mothers experiencing pregnancy and postpartum stress to feel grounded in their new roles. I also help couples improve their connection as they navigate transitions on their journey to parenthood. While these challenges are all deeply personal, I believe that holding space for these experiences is one of the best ways I can express care and support you in the way you deserve.

Inclusive Reproductive Healing

Parenthood and family building is shown as this easy goal full of joy and magic, but your experience has been the exact opposite.  You are surprised at how you feel: overwhelmed, anxious, angry, alone, devastated.  You find yourself consumed with the “what ifs” and guilt.  Scary thoughts come up and you feel a deep loss that is difficult to put to words.  You wonder: Will you ever feel normal again? And what will normal even look like?

My name is Ashley Halverson, and I believe all reproductive choices and transitions deserve care and support without judgement.  My passion is for supporting reproductive mental health.  I work with pregnant/postpartum parents as a psychotherapist and as a hospital social worker.  I support individuals who have experienced NICU admissions, loss, and reproductive trauma.  I am also trained as a Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) therapist through Postpartum Support International.  Asking for help in hard; I’m so glad you are here.

Lauren Perez Therapy

You remember a time when anxiety, overwhelm, and burnout weren’t your daily descriptors, but you feel like those days are a distant memory. Don’t you wish you had the tools to change that?

You have come to the right place!

I’m Lauren, and I help people just like you: ones that have it within them to rediscover their joy and thrive but need a little support in getting there.

I help my clients find happiness, calm, and fulfillment by equipping them with the tools they need to better understand themselves, manage overwhelm and decrease feelings of shame, guilt and pain.

Many of today’s solutions for clients with Autism or moms are one size fits all and impersonal, leading so many to feel like they are not making any significant progress. I know that your circumstances are unique, so every step we take is tailored to you and your experiences.

We will begin by building a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship so that you feel confident in exploring the concerns that are causing overwhelm, anxiety, and have stolen your joy. Then we work to understand all of the internal experiences, parts, and maybe even conflicting emotions. Through our work together, you’ll feel equipped with the skills and confidence you need to grow and shine.

I am dedicated to helping my clients thrive!

My training and experience in motherhood and my neurodiversity-affirming approach means I have the expertise you need and deserve when searching to re-discover your joy. But at the end of the day, you want to know you’re working with someone who “gets” what it means to be neurodivergent and/or a mom. struggling with overwhelm, sadness, anxiety, and traumatic experiences.

I get it because I am a mom, and I have devoted my career to working with neurodivergent clients and to those who are mothering. I know that sometimes you just want to hide, cry or give up. So when we work together, you won’t just get a trained therapist. You’ll get someone who truly understands what you are going through.

Let’s work together to find your smile again!
