We want you to feel prepared and empowered to make the best decisions for your baby and your family.  Your goals are our goals!  We provide you with all the information you need to make informed decisions about how you’d like to feed your little one.  No judgement, just support!  We welcome everyone interested in learning more.

Instructor Info:  This class is taught by Jen Gathman, FNP-C, IBCLC.  Jen was a L&D nurse for 10 years with experience in L&D, postpartum, and NICU.  She then became an IBCLC because of her passion for helping families navigate feeding their newborn.  She then became a nurse practitioner to be able to offer additional care and support above and beyond that of an IBCLC.  Her expertise covers everything you need to feel empowered and confident to advocate for your infant feeding goals.
