Mini & Me Sound Bath

This class will allow a chance for the family to connect through healing principles of the crystal bowls. Whether its one parent and child our the entire family, everyone in the room will benefit from the healing properties of the sounds coming from the crystal bowls as they “sing”. Sound baths offer a multitude of benefits for kids, particularly in soothing and calming their nervous systems in our often fast-paced world. We can also see physical tension manifest through the body when the nervous system is at a chronic state of “fight or flight”.
At the end of the Sound Bath we should see:
-Reduced Stress
-Improved Sleep
-Enhanced Focus and Attention
-Emotional Regulation
-Increased Social Connection
-Reduced Physical Tension
